Battleground tire is now my go to place for car maintenance. Anthony, Jay and all the staff are very friendly and professional. The quality of the work is always excellent! The first time I went to Battleground Tire was for a nail in my tire. I thought I was going to have to cancel a trip but they were able to repair my tire and basically "saved the day". Overall, I highly recommend Battleground Tire for all your service needs.
I had a very minor, but annoying problem with my 2003 Honda CR-V exhaust system. Anthony, without skipping a beat, said "Let's take a look at it." 5 minutes later he returned with the issue fixed, and said "No charge!". I am very impressed with his eagerness to please (no job too small) and his technical know-how. Thank you, Anthony. It's re-assuring to see someone interested in just doing the right thing, without profit as the only motive.
We recently had a problem with the air conditioning feature in our 2006 Nissan Sentra...and brought it in for analysis and service. There was an issue in being able to obtain a replacement part ...based on the "vintage" of our car...and your staff ...headed up by Jay and Anthony... did an outstanding job in attempting to locate the replacement part, but ended up using the skills of your staff to repair the existing part...and resolve the problem !! Many thanks to you all. We have been customers at Battleground for several years and have been completely satisfied in every instance with the quality of work, the objective analysis of problems and corrections...and the total friendliness of everyone we have dealt with over all these years.
